The Bright Mother and Co vs Void Mother and Co
Fought over the role of the divine in the lives on the Mundane World. The Void fought to keep freely exerting their influence as they saw fit, keeping deeply intertwined and a destabilizing force in the world. Vs the Bright saw the damange and fought to protect, in the name of stability. The war was drawn out, sometimes subtle and often cataclysmic, and left the wild scarred and suffuce with magic. Bright Mother defeats the Void and ends the war
The war marks the end of the Heroic Age and year 0 of the Bright Era - 0 to 2489 (Present).
Decennial Pact
The Bright Mother’s rule that gods may not freely intervene in the Mundane. They replenish for a decade, then descend only at Stonewake to pour divinity back into the world.
